Personalise

Each unit receives its identity at the station. For cryptographic carriers the key material is derived per chip and never stored on the workstation.

Bind

Serial number, batch and production record attach to that identity as the unit passes — the link is made once, by the machine, not typed later.

Lock

Memory is write-protected before the unit leaves the station, so a tag can never be re-pointed at a different product downstream.

Reel-fed lines are supported with automatic advance; failures stop the line rather than burying a bad unit in the roll.
