Which region holds an account follows where the company is registered. Regions do not share databases, keys or sign-in.

The consumer stays anonymous.
Verification requires no account, no app and no download. We do not build consumer profiles, and scan records keep a masked address rather than a full one.
Where a purchaser unlocks their own unit's data, that is bound to the product they hold — not to an identity we ask them to create.
Passport data held for a customer is never sold, re-used or analysed for our own purposes.

A registered mark is what makes customs enforcement available to a brand owner in the first place. Verification records — where a code was scanned, how often, and in what pattern — are the kind of evidence those applications are built on.
What we say, and will not say.
We do claim
The platform is built to the published EU requirements, with an internal record mapping each one to the implementation behind it.
We do not claim
Certification as a passport provider. No such scheme exists yet; we will apply when it does and publish the outcome.
Never implied
That a sealed passport makes a product compliant. Sealing proves content and time. Compliance is the operator's declaration.
Still open, industry-wide: the detailed rules on who qualifies as a legitimate-interest reader are unpublished and overdue, and the registry cannot yet accept battery registrations from anyone. We build to the law as written and adjust when the detail lands.
